What to Expect:

Menu:

  • Welcome with hot and cold canapés

  • Classic antipasto

  • Penne with tomato and basil sauce

  • Italian green salad with julienned turnip

  • Choice of one of the following;

    • Braised Beef with port sauce and garnish

    • Osso Buco (braised veal) with sauce and garnish

    • Vegetarian option - Eggplant Parmesan

  • Tiramisu dessert

  • Evening snack: red and white pizza with fine herbs, mini Italian pastries and cheese platter with baguette

  • Coffee, tea, water, and wine at the table

  • Cash bar available

  • Inspiring speakers: Hear from Chairman of the Board Dr. Van Johnson, Executive Director Wendy Lavier, former staff, and residents whose lives have been transformed by our homes and programs

  • Raffle draw featuring big-ticket prizes

  • Suitcase drive and the chance to make a meaningful gift directly where its needed most
